Thank you for your application for the post of secretary in our office.
We are pleased to inform you that your application has been successful. Your commencing salary will be RM900 which will be increased by RM50 every year, until you reach the maximum salary of RM1500. You will, in addition, be paid a traveling allowance of RM 100 every month. You will also be entitled to overtime pay for any extra work that you may do after the usual working hours or on public holidays. Besides, all your medical bills will be paid by the company.
Please let us know as soon as possible if our offer is acceptable to you, and if so, whether you can assume duty on the 1 sty of August.
